TERMS OF SERVICE (tos)

By ordering a commission from me you agree to these Terms of Service.
Please read all the text below carefully.

PAYMENT
♢ I work on a full prepayment basis, until you pay for your commission, I will not start work.
♢ An amount of $200 or more can be taken in installments and paid in parts. The terms and details of the installment plan are discussed personal.♢ 100% payment for extra character.Extra payment for:
♢ Complex details;
♢ Complex clothes;
♢ Complex background;
♢ Complex idea.♢ I accept payments on PayPal, EasyStart and Hipolink♢ The feeis already included in the final price.♢ Refund is possible without fee cost.ABOUT PROCESS♢ Tell me about your order, send me references (refs, pictures, photos, etc), if the character has small or complex details that are hard to figure out, send me a clear closeups. Your additional information should be brief, simple and related to order.♢ After that I tell you the final price and if it suits you I send you a link for payment, where you pre-pay.♢ I send you the work in three stages:
Sketch, lineart with flat color
and final work without effects I also send the work to clarify the details.♢ If you satisfied with everything and no more edits are required, I send you the final version of the work in PNG format in email.FIXESYou can ask for changes and fixes in the work:♢ If I forgot some details that you mentioned earlier or that were indicated in the reference.
You want to slightly correct some colors.♢Completely free edits at the sketch stage (unless you ask to completely redraw it), I also give three free edits at the line stage.♢ If you ask fixes to details that were not discussed or not indicated in the references, edits that are in general difficult to correct, then this is possible for an additional payment of 5 USD. Fixes to finished work will not be accepted.DEADLINES♢The standard deadline is from 2 to 4 months, taking into account the queue.♢ If you need order completed by a certain deadline, you can negotiate your proposed deadline for completing the work for an additional fee. Additional fee ranges from 30% (deadline month) to 80% (deadline week or less) of the total cost of the work.CANCELLATION OF COMMISSIONI may refuse to work with you if:♢ I send you the stages of work and you don't respond to them or don't give any reaction so that I can continue the work. If you don't respond within two month, I'm closing the order.♢ You want to order something that I don't draw.♢ I'm forced to refuse the commission if you offer your own deadline, which I'm physically unable to fulfill for any reason.♢ You're being rude.COMPLETION OF THE ORDER AND PUBLICATION♢ After you receive the final work and satisfied with the result, I publish the artwork on my social networks with a watermark.
You can ask to make a watermark with your name or a link to the page. Example: "Commissioner - @MyNameIsRitsu"♢ You cannot ask for edits after publication.♢ If you want to keep your work private from publication, you pay 90% USD of the final cost.♢ If you do not respond to the message about accepting the art within a week, the status of your order changes to completed automatically and I publish the work without your permission.
